Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed data mapping specifications and transformation rules to ensure seamless data flow
  • Perform rigorous data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to maintain data integrity
  • Create and execute data conversion scripts and processes to optimize system performance
  • Document complex data models, mappings, and migration procedures for future reference

System Integration:

  • Configure robust integrations between Workday and third-party applications to streamline workflows
  • Develop integration specifications and technical designs to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
  • Monitor integration performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency

Technical Configuration & Development:

  • Design and implement Snowflake data models optimized for HR analytics to support strategic decision-making
  • Create and maintain Snowflake objects (tables, views, stored procedures) to ensure data consistency
  • Develop SQL transformations within Snowflake for reporting requirements to provide actionable insights
  • Configure Workday modules according to design specifications to meet business needs
  • Build and maintain business processes, security configurations, and reports to ensure compliance

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop reporting solutions using Snowflake as the data source to provide real-time insights
  • Create data visualization dashboards connected to Snowflake to facilitate strategic decision-making
  • Build self-service reporting capabilities for HR and business users to enhance productivity
  • Design and implement metrics and KPIs for HR analytics to measure performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, data management, or system integration to demonstrate expertise
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday/Greenhouse data conversion, integration, or reporting to showcase practical skills
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms to leverage existing knowledge
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools to ensure technical proficiency
