Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced data integration specialist to join our team. As a data integration specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data integration pipelines using Fivetran connectors, transformations, and monitoring tools.
  • Work with Matillion ETL to create jobs, orchestrate data flows, and perform performance tuning.
  • Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures to optimize data processing and storage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse).
  • Apply data modeling techniques (star schema, snowflake schema, slowly changing dimensions) to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.
  • Integrate Qlik Sense or other BI platforms to create dashboards and data visualizations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT, Control-M).
  • Familiarity with Python/JavaScript for custom transformations or APIs.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD for data integration (Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of data integration/data warehousing development experience.
  • Prior experience with cloud-native data integration stacks (Fivetran, Matillion, Stitch, DBT) is preferred.
