IAM Data Specialist - Advanced Identity Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Data Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced identity solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring data quality, and implementing catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of working collaboratively with external teams. Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Ensure native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/ Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Userlist Sourcing: Extract/sourced, convert and upload Userlists to Onecert.
  • Reporting: Conduct and adhere to established processes to generate reports and follow defined escalation processes.
  • Catalogue Changes: Fulfill requests raised by business/stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents, and implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Risk Management: Highlight/mitigate risk pertaining to IAM processes and The Bank.
  • Process Enhancement: Support IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM processes.
