Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our mass retail distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful distribution strategies, driving growth through revenue and market share expansion.

  • Create and execute distribution plans that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets across all products and brands, while also identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in distribution management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
