National Training Manager Job Summary

At MacV, we are seeking a dynamic National Training Manager to drive learning and development across our growing eyewear brand. This role is responsible for building retail excellence by delivering impactful training programs to front-line teams, focusing on sales performance, customer experience, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Design: Design and deliver training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service & experience, sales techniques, and upselling.
  • Delivery of Training Sessions: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, hands-on experience with retail operations, and the ability to connect with store teams and drive motivation and accountability. They should also be comfortable with virtual training tools and digital content creation.

Requirements and Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in training management or related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field. Experience in digital content creation and virtual training tools.
