Job Title: IT Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT procurement specialist to manage our company's IT spend category.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of our IT investments, developing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers, peers, and internal business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end commercial and procurement processes within all IT categories.
  • Ensure proper spend categorization and lead strategic/tactical projects.
  • Develop detailed statements of work, cover performance measures, SLAs, acceptance criteria, commercials, risk/reward provisions, etc.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and establish key relationships.
  • Advise internal business partners on end-to-end procurement process, policies, templates, RACI, deal risks, and possible risk mitigation steps.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
  • Significant experience of procurement/sourcing and contracting for Cloud Services.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience or good understanding of electronic procurement/sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Source/Procure-to-Pay processes and tools.
