Job Opportunity:

This role is about responding to inbound leads quickly, engaging them with clarity and confidence, and driving the first impression of our business. We are looking for a sharp, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves making outbound cold calls to potential clients confidently, building trust with decision-makers, and communicating clearly without mispronunciations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound leads via email and phone calls with speed and accuracy
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients confidently
  • Build trust with decision-makers and communicate clearly without mispronunciations
  • Ensure every lead receives a strong first impression of the company
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
  • Support the team with fast turnaround on client communication and opportunities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident, well-spoken, and articulate
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling high-volume lead responses
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Weekend availability (half-days Sat & Sun) with a compensatory weekday off

Work Schedule:
- Core hours: 4 PM 12 AM IST (flexible; option for work from home post-dinner)
- Weekend work: Half-days on Saturday & Sunday (emails + calls). Weekday holiday in exchange
