We are looking for a seasoned Investment Relationship Specialist with expertise in Mutual Funds to drive our growth strategy.
About the Role:
- Client Engagement:
- To develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients, comprehend their financial objectives, and provide tailored investment solutions that meet their needs.
- To conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments.
- To deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Sales & Business Development:
- To identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels.
- To consistently meet and exceed sales targets by selling mutual fund products.
- Market Knowledge & Collaboration:
- To stay current with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive and compliant.
- To collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of trades and settlement processes.
Requirements:
- Experience & Knowledge:
- A proven track record in relationship management within the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual funds sales or wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, equity, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
