Job Title: Compliance Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified professional with 2–3 years of experience in accounting or secretarial firms to assist with day-to-day compliance activities, including secretarial support, basic accounting work, and statutory form filings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic secretarial compliance tasks such as preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.).
  • Support in accounting-related activities like vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Contribute to statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Help maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Assist in drafting simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.
  • Ensure timely compliance for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
