Salesforce Project Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Salesforce project manager to lead and manage complex implementation projects within the wealth management domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce implementation projects across multiple clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide hands-on configuration of Salesforce where needed, utilizing expertise in Salesforce Platform and IT project management.
  • Oversee system integrations with wealth management platforms, ensuring seamless data migration and high-quality data initiatives.
  • Lead full project lifecycle – RFP, requirements discovery, design, build, testing, UAT, deployment, and support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management and Salesforce Platform, with strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience working with wealth management firms, private banking, or investment advisory organizations.
