Job Title: Salesforce Data Migration Specialist

A systems thinker with expertise in data migration is needed to drive the implementation and support of Sales and Service Cloud applications. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with IT leadership to execute our Salesforce strategy effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements, data mapping, and system integration. Experience with professional service automation tools, sales processes, and Salesforce customization capabilities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements, define scope, and perform analysis for data migration.
• Understand user needs and drive continuous improvement and efficient use of the Salesforce platform.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including workflows, profiles, and custom objects.
• Create reports and dashboards for users and business decision-makers.
• Develop test plans and cases, conduct system integration testing, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT resources to deliver solutions.
• Track, monitor, and report project status using Jira software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, data migration, and IT systems.
• Knowledge of professional service automation tools and sales processes.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and data.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate and convey information to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to learn new features and capabilities of the Salesforce platform and stay updated.
