Job Title: Salesforce Data Migration Business Analyst

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and support of Sales and Service Cloud applications. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements, define scope, and perform analysis for data migration projects.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including workflows, profiles, and rules.
  • Create reports and dashboards for users and stakeholders.
  • Develop test plans, conduct system integration testing, and perform user acceptance testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and data migration.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, opportunity management, and contract management in Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features and customization capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new features.
