  • Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to validate data integrity, precision, and completeness during migration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data usage implications for migration.
  • Identify, document, and track data quality issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Validate migrated data in new systems, ensuring it meets business requirements and is free from defects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years overall experience with at least 3+ years as Core Banking QA.
  • In-depth knowledge of Core Banking Transact and migration processes.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
