We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will design, build, and maintain backend components, APIs, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering and system architecture.
- Strong grasp of data flows, infrastructure, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, backend/frontend integration, and secrets hygiene.
- Experience with containerization, serverless environments, CDNs, and WAFs.
- Working knowledge of PII/PHI/GDPR handling in production systems.
- Experience with data modeling, ML pipelines, or applied machine learning in production systems.
- Understanding of ranking, scoring, or recommendation systems is a plus.
- Analytical thinker who can work independently and thrives on collaboration.
- Clear English communication, written and verbal.
