Job Title: Assistant Zonal Manager Collections

The successful candidate will oversee collection operations in the Tamil Nadu zone, managing day-to-day activities and leading a team of collections professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and meet business targets.
  • Manage, lead, and motivate the collections team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Regularly monitor and report on collection activities, providing insights and updates to senior management.
  • Act as a key liaison with branch managers and other internal stakeholders to streamline collection processes.
  • Proactively resolve escalated customer issues and complaints related to collections, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in collections within the microfinance, banking, or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to monitor and evaluate performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
