We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Collection Operations Specialist to join our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  • Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management.
  • Risk & Compliance:
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with tele collection activities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Ensure excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Knowledge:
  • Professional experience in tele collection or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of BFSI industry practices and regulations.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
