Job Title: Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee industrial relations, employee welfare, and implement best practices in EHS and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industrial Relations: Manage relationships with employees, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Employee Welfare: Ensure the well-being of employees, provide support, and advocate for their rights.
  • EHS Best Practices: Implement and maintain safe working conditions, ensure compliance with regulations, and reduce environmental impact.
  • Statutory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate and implement audits, such as internal audits.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and develop employees, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Liaison with Government Officials: Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Leave Management & Time Management: Implement efficient leave policies and time management systems.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Attract, retain, and motivate top talent, driving business success.
  • HR Systems & Policies: Develop and implement effective HR systems, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Performance Management System: Establish and maintain a performance evaluation system, promoting growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate Diploma/Degree/MBA in HR or related field.
  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in HR, IR, and Personnel Management, with plant exposure.
