Job ResponsibilitiesRecovery Expert- Manage collections process for allocated pool.
- Ensure field collection visits to customers for achieving resolution of allocated accounts.
- Achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure bucket-wise resolution targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with other teams including legal/central collections for maximum recoveries.
- Collect charges and late payment penalties from customers.
- Maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing collection feedback regularly.
- Achieve target collections.
- Ensure adherence to Collection Process and Legal guidelines.
Estimated salary range: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum based on experience and location. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
