Investment Research Leader RoleAbout the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned investment research leader to manage our Investment Research practice, with profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the financial markets and strong leadership skills to drive growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and identifying new business opportunities through product development or market entry. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to clients.

  2. Manage Investment Research practice, including P&L responsibility.
  3. Identify and pursue growth opportunities through new products/services or market entry.
  4. Lead delivery teams to achieve quality and operational excellence.
  5. Support business development efforts to win new clients.
  6. Develop best practices in employee engagement and training.
  7. Represent the company in marketing initiatives and thought leadership activities.
  8. Foster strong client relationships.
  9. Lead team-building efforts.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Qualifications:
  2. 15+ years of experience in investment research or a related field.
  3. 7+ years of experience managing teams in investment research.
  4. Strong knowledge of finance, macro, and business drivers.
  5. Able to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to clients.
  6. Experience working with private equity, investment banking, asset management, or brokerage clients.
