Job Summary

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and activate advisors as per plan on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain active advisor productivity in line with planned targets.
  • Foster interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities.
  • Evaluate reporting agent performance and advise on necessary improvements through regular meetings.
  • Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face or digital channels.
  • Review progress with the reporting manager on a weekly basis.
  • Attend all management-conducted meeting and training programs.
  • Maintain daily communication with reporting agents via joint calls.
  • Comply with established company policies and procedures.
