
Business Development Specialist

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and activate advisors as per plan on a monthly basis.
- Maintain active advisor productivity in line with planned targets.
- Foster interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities.
- Evaluate reporting agent performance and advise on necessary improvements through regular meetings.
- Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face or digital channels.
- Review progress with the reporting manager on a weekly basis.
- Attend all management-conducted meeting and training programs.
- Maintain daily communication with reporting agents via joint calls.
- Comply with established company policies and procedures.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate and improve agent performance.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
