Audio Visual Consultant

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Audio Visual Consultant. As an AV consultant, you will be responsible for delivering innovative audio visual solutions to our esteemed clients.

The role requires strong communication and project management skills. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering requirements from end users and clients for audio visual projects
  • Designing solutions based on the received brief and requirements gathered
  • Getting business approval for audio visual solutions
  • Providing final designs to collaboration heads and vendor management teams for quotes from vendors
  • Evaluating technical and commercial proposals from vendors
  • Coordinating downtime of rooms and sites for implementation of projects once PO is issued to the AV vendor
  • Verifying drawings received from vendors, intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
  • Coordinating with CIS/BU teams (civil and MEP) for room readiness required for deployment of AV systems
  • Following up with vendors for timely delivery according to PO
  • End-to-end project coordination with vendors and internal teams, follow-up and close-out of all dependencies
  • Ensuring execution of projects meets customers' satisfaction
  • Extensive project documentation through project lifecycles
  • Quality checking physical installations
  • Testing and commissioning of AV systems
  • Taking handover from vendors with proper documents, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and equipment specification sheets, to be uploaded to central repositories
  • Helping asset management teams verify delivery according to PO and providing asset tags to every equipment
  • Providing handovers of projects to operations teams/customers with proper training on usage of installed systems
  • Providing remote 1st-level support for maintenance calls
  • If required, visiting project sites to address issues or troubleshoot
  • Conducting periodic health checks of AV systems, providing inputs on improvements if required

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work closely with clients to understand their requirements
  • Intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Ability to coordinate downtime of rooms and sites for implementation of projects
