Senior ETL Developer Position

At Hyrhub, we are seeking a seasoned Senior ETL Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of designing, developing, and deploying scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Databricks. They will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy efficient data pipelines and ETL processes in Databricks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize Spark jobs and ensure efficient data processing and storage.
  • Develop and maintain Databricks notebooks, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Monitor and manage data processing jobs to ensure high availability and reliability.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in development and maintenance in a data engineering project.
  • Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and analytical functions.
  • Proficiency in building and optimizing data pipelines and workflows in Databricks.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Scala, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and familiarity with cloud tools and technologies.
