About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Program Manager Intern to drive technical programs and support cross-functional teams.

This intern will gain valuable experience in program management, including planning, execution, and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning & Execution: Assist in defining and executing complex technical programs from ideation to delivery ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering design and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress and provide clear timely updates to stakeholders. Help manage project timelines resources and priorities.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation track progress and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status changes and risks to relevant stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in program management project delivery and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies Agile Scrum etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
