Project Manager Job Description">

The primary purpose of this Project Manager role is to ensure accurate and timely tracking and reporting of project progress, risks, and compliance. This supports informed decision-making and effective management of investments.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and timelines to ensure on-schedule execution.
  • Collect and consolidate project data to prepare comprehensive status reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to validate project information accuracy and provide updates to the team.
Data Management and Documentation:">
  • Maintain thorough and organized project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, financial records, and compliance documents.
  • Update and manage the project monitoring database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the preparation of investment reports and due diligence documentation as required by fund management.
Coordination and Communication:">
  • Engage with project teams, internal stakeholders, and external parties to gather accurate project information.
  • Assist in scheduling project review meetings and coordinating follow-up activities.
  • Facilitate clear communication to promptly identify and escalate potential issues and risks.
Risk and Compliance Monitoring:">
  • Identify risks related to project execution and flag any deviations from agreed terms or timelines.
  • Participate in risk assessment processes and contribute to the tracking and follow-up of mitigation actions.
Learning and Development:">
  • Enhance knowledge of internal technical department processes and project monitoring methodologies.
  • Prepare comparative analyses of project costs and completion timelines to support performance evaluation.
  • Seek feedback from supervisors and colleagues to improve project monitoring tasks.
