About This Role

This position is designed for individuals who want to combine investment knowledge, analytical skills, and client service orientation in a global environment. You will gain exposure to a wide range of investment strategies and play a key role in supporting client engagement efforts across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Development teams to prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and review materials.
  • Assist in drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and investor information requests.
  • Coordinate research distribution and event invitations to clients and prospects.
  • Support senior team members in scheduling client meetings and investor conference calls.
  • Manage consultant and sales databases, providing ad-hoc analytical support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, client reporting, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Python or SQL experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory and risk/return analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft professional client-facing materials.
