US Mortgage Manager: Lead Residential Loans Team

Mortgage Origination and Correspondent Division Seek Experienced Leader.

- Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned mortgage professional to lead our residential loan team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and a proven track record in mortgage origination and correspondent lending.

- Main Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Directing day-to-day management, training, hiring, recruiting, and performance reviews for the team members
  • Ensuring compliance with RESPA/TRID and other federal, state, and industry regulations
  • Building strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and lenders
  • Enhancing customer service levels and ensuring quality control of residential mortgage loans
  • Developing coaching and training programs for staff
  • Monitoring and overseeing loan production pipeline and ensuring KPI targets are met

- Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations, including TRID guidelines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good supervision, organization, and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skill
  • A minimum of 72-84 months of mortgage origination (post-closing review, PQA, etc.) and correspondent experience (end-to-end value chain) in US Home Loan products
