Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Residential BU - Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Mysuru, India. As a key member of our residential business unit, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with potential homebuyers in the local market, focusing on consumer durables, particularly air conditioning systems.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed residential AC sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Mysuru residential market
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and construction, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay updated on local residential AC market trends and competitor activities
- Participate in local real estate events and networking opportunities to generate new leads
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of our AC systems
- Assist in developing tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs and preferences
- Proven track record in residential sales, preferably in the consumer durable industry with a focus on AC systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of the Mysuru residential AC market and real estate trends
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada preferred)
- Understanding of residential construction and HVAC systems
- Ability to analyze market data and customer preferences to inform sales strategies
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Mysuru region
