Database Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our database management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of performance, security, and availability of our database systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily backups and restorations of databases to ensure data integrity and system availability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot database-related issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Design new databases to support various applications and ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement database solutions that meet business needs.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong skills in Database Administration, Database Design, and database management.
  • Ability to replicate databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Competence in troubleshooting database-related issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
