Role Overview

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Dynamics 365 F&O developer to join our global team. This role will focus on developing, customizing, and optimizing ERP solutions using X++, with additional emphasis on electronic reporting, system integrations, and performance enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++ programming language.
  • Build and enhance electronic reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in electronic reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as finance, supply chain, and procurement & sourcing.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ISVs such as Exflow, TAS, or Comarch.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
