Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance and Repair: Ensure regular preventative maintenance and repairs for facilities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  2. Cleaning Services: Schedule regular cleaning services and ensure all office equipment is in good working order.
  3. Team Management: Oversee security guards, receptionists, and tea attendants to ensure they carry out their work to a high standard.
  4. Communication: Develop excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and clients.
  5. Emergency Response: Identify potential emergencies and implement steps to manage them.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
