Accounts Payable Senior Process Associate Role Summary

As a skilled Accounts Payable Senior Process Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

You will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day AP activities, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting in month-end closing activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of AP procedures, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. You will also have the opportunity to support process improvements, prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports, and assist in audit preparations and audits related to accounts payable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures and principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of any accounting software is an added advantage.
