
AGM - Strategic Business Catalyst

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to lead product management, drive sales, support commercialization, and spearhead new business initiatives in the specialty chemicals segment.
The AGM will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration for product development and customer acquisition.
- Business Development & Product Management
- Manage the lifecycle of intermediates from conception to delivery
- Coordinate with R&D for lab and pilot trials, ensuring timely customer approval of samples
- Support commercialization through technical and strategic inputs
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive and achieve annual sales revenue target, shortlisting high-potential products for commercialization
- Secure customer approvals and purchase orders, ensuring execution of sales orders and monitoring delivery timelines
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for smooth rollout
- Personal Development & Market Networking
- Attend industry-relevant training programs or exhibitions, enhancing skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions
- Build and strengthen relationships in pharma and agrochemical sectors
- New Product Development & Customer Onboarding
- Identify and onboard customers from the industry, supporting new product initiatives and exploring untapped markets
- Work closely with product development and marketing teams
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
- MBA in marketing/business development is an asset
Skills:
- Strong understanding of chemical product lifecycle and commercialization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Project management and strategic planning
