Senior Family Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Family Law Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires strong expertise in Family Law, including litigation and advisory services. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in family law cases, attending court hearings, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and conducting legal research.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in Family Law, with a strong track record of success in litigation and advisory services;
  • Strong skills in legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their legal needs;
  • Sound knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law in India;
  • Experience in representing clients in the Supreme Court of India is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a legal team;
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plus;
  • Membership in the Bar Council of India;
