Job Title: Data Privacy Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Data Protection Specialist. The successful candidate will lead and execute data privacy engagements, ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations.

  • Lead data privacy projects across various industries, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
  • Design, review, and enhance data privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Implement and monitor privacy controls, including data subject rights and consent management.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Risk functions to ensure privacy compliance in technology and business processes.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, as well as hands-on experience with privacy audits and compliance programs. They should also be able to manage client engagements, lead teams, and deliver projects within timelines.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with privacy audits and compliance programs.
  • Ability to manage client engagements and deliver projects within timelines.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CIPT / CIPP-E / CISM / CISA or equivalent privacy/security certifications.
