Job Title: Senior Litigation SpecialistOverview:

NxtWave is seeking a highly motivated Senior Litigation Specialist to join our legal team. As a key member of the team, you will gain hands-on experience in the legal and compliance domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct legal research and support briefs and reports preparation.
  • Mitigate contractual risks and optimize terms that protect the organization's interests.

Compliance Overview:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on legal developments, assess their impact, and provide guidance.
  • Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure company-wide compliance.

Corporate Governance Role:

  • Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain corporate records and documentation.

Risk Mitigation Strategies:

  • Identify potential legal and regulatory risks, assess their impact, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts.
  • Excellent research, writing, analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience for Senior Associate and 1+ years of in-house experience for Legal Associate
  • Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
