Key Responsibilities:

  • To uphold and enhance the brand image and customer service standards.
  • To accomplish sales objectives by forecasting requirements.
  • To maintain and expand the customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers.

  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
  • Build relationships externally with customers and suppliers, and internally with different departments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database, including their requirements and identify new customer opportunities.
  • Manage inventory levels and control through ensuring 100% compliance with standard operation procedures.
  • Comply with all loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all rules and regulations, discipline and grooming standards of the organization.
