  • Manage schedule: Ensure sufficient calendar space to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.
  • Daily tasks: Complete morning and end-of-day tasks every day from Monday to Saturday.
  • Availability: Be available to communicate through Slack from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily.
  • Build rapport: Establish trust and empathy with potential clients through meaningful conversations.
  • Honesty and integrity: Ensure you enroll only clients who are a great fit, following through on commitments.
  • Decision guidance: Lead prospects to the best decision for their mental wellness, even if it challenges their comfort zone.
  • Performance awareness: Stay aware of your performance metrics, understanding both successes and areas needing improvement.
  • Crm management: Keep accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system.
