Technology Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Technology Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives, overseeing the end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of the loan marketplace platform.
  • Innovation and Product Development: Lead the development of frontend and backend applications for the loan marketplace, driving innovation in digital lending solutions, enhancing customer journeys and automation.
  • Team Management and Collaboration: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team comprising developers, engineers, and product managers, collaborating with business, product, and operations teams to define product roadmaps and technical requirements.
  • System Architecture and Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, high-availability, and secure architecture for fintech products, overseeing cloud infrastructure management, data security, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks and data protection policies are in place, maintaining compliance with financial regulations (RBI guidelines, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms to track system performance and uptime, implementing DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
