Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated Accounts Payable Team Leader to oversee the end-to-end AP workflow, monitor team performance, train and mentor team members, ensure timely processing of vendor invoices, validate invoice accuracy, manage recurring payments, and contribute to special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of high-volume transactions within the accounts payable function
  • Management of team performance, training, and mentoring
  • Timely processing of vendor invoices and validation of accuracy
  • Recurring payment management and contribution to special projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need experience managing high-volume transactions within the accounts payable function, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of success.
