Job Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Support Analyst to provide key support services for compliance, reporting, and administration of U.S. federal government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Review & Compliance
  • The successful candidate will review federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments; identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.
  • They will also support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • The Contracts Support Analyst will prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • They will also support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
  • Audit & Monitoring Support
  • The analyst will assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • They will track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support
  • They will review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • The Contracts Support Analyst will prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • The analyst will coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.

The ideal candidate will provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk is desired.
  • Skills & Knowledge
  • Good understanding of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles is essential.
  • Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements) is highly valued.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools are necessary.
