Job Title: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategist

\About the Role

The role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategist is a key position in our organization's efforts to create an inclusive workplace culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity and inclusion across our operations.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity and inclusion strategies that align with our organization's overall mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that diversity, equity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of our work.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address disparities.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on diversity, equity and inclusion principles and practices.
  • Benchmark against industry peers and best practices to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to advance our organization's diversity, equity and inclusion objectives.
\Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, sociology, psychology).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in diversity, equity and inclusion roles or functions.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and metrics.
