**Strategic Client Manager Role**: We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage and grow our key enterprise client relationships. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure strong engagement, successful adoption of our solutions, and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive strategic growth by owning and executing on a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Understand and deliver tailored solutions to clients' strategies, challenges, and technical environments.
  • Lead executive reviews, strategic planning sessions, and onboarding processes to foster collaboration.
  • Represent the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives to drive business outcomes.
  • Use data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
