Job Title: Relationship Development Specialist

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with clients and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who possesses excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Identify and acquire new clients for investment services by leveraging your network and negotiation skills.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding processes with proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Nurture existing relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and provide expert advice on investment strategies to clients.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and suggest timely adjustments to optimize client returns.
Equity Market Advisory & Execution:
  • Provide insightful market analysis and trading recommendations to clients.
  • Execute trades accurately and efficiently, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-sell additional financial products to clients, such as mutual funds and derivatives.
Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve individual revenue targets through equity broking and value-added schemes.
  • Drive client activity levels to meet sales objectives and explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Explore opportunities to increase wallet share through upselling and cross-selling.
Market Awareness & Research:
  • Stay informed about market developments, economic trends, and corporate actions.
  • Share insights with clients to guide them on portfolio strategies.
  • Contribute to internal market reports and strategy development.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records.
  • Educate clients about market risks and ensure investments align with their risk profile.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or related roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
