About the Role

This is a senior position that oversees construction site operations and involves executing big projects on large land areas.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Minimum 07-08 years of experience in construction site management.
  2. Executing various large-scale projects with acres of land area.
  3. Expertise in design and construction aspects of Civil, Structural and Architectural disciplines.
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, computerized reporting and MS Office package is essential.
  5. Fluency in local language (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 07-08 years of experience in the field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project execution and management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Civil, Structural and Architectural design and construction principles.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, computerized reporting, and MS Office suite.
  • Fluent in local language (spoken and written).
