Job Description:

This full-time role involves active outbound calling to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and explain how our services can benefit them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts
  • Educate customers about our healthcare solutions and address their questions
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates
  • Develop presentations and materials to support marketing and sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies
Requirements:

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Interest in sales and healthcare technology
  • Experience in a similar role of about 3-5 years
