Leadership Role in APAC

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our sales team across the Asia Pacific region.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Mentor and oversee a diverse group of high-performing individuals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Business Development and Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process refinement, improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the region.

Client Relations and Qualifications

  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions aligned with their needs and business goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR consulting, manpower supply, recruitment, and outsourcing services.
  • Strong track record in business development, client relationship management, and sales leadership.
  • Proven expertise in deferred compensation, executive search, job fairs, and talent management solutions.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the HR services industry, preferably with exposure to the APAC region.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and multiple business units.

  • Able to manage profit and loss responsibilities and drive regional profitability.
  • Familiarity with branch expansion and new market penetration strategies.
