
Regional Sales Director APAC

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our sales team across the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team performance.
- Mentor and oversee a diverse group of high-performing individuals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Business Development and Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process refinement, improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the region.
Client Relations and Qualifications
- Nurture strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions aligned with their needs and business goals.
- Demonstrated experience in HR consulting, manpower supply, recruitment, and outsourcing services.
- Strong track record in business development, client relationship management, and sales leadership.
- Proven expertise in deferred compensation, executive search, job fairs, and talent management solutions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the HR services industry, preferably with exposure to the APAC region.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and multiple business units.
- Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and leadership capabilities.
- Able to manage profit and loss responsibilities and drive regional profitability.
- Familiarity with branch expansion and new market penetration strategies.
