Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete PCS/BESS product on-site technical support and remote technical support work, including debugging, maintenance, and modification.
  • Troubleshoot PCS/BESS products on-site and guide customers to handle simple faults by themselves.
  • Manage PCS/BESS on-site spare parts and track inventory levels to ensure normal operation.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and provide feedback on customer opinions.
  • Familiarize yourself with the working principles of our PCS/BESS products and provide training to customers as needed.
  • Adhere to company rules and report work on time.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency
  • Self-motivated mindset with ability to plan in ambiguous situations
  • Experience in energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS
  • Preferably based in Rajasthan
