About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Storage Systems Specialist to join our team in North India.

This role will involve providing on-site technical support and remote assistance for our energy storage systems, including PCS/BESS products. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing spare parts, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support for PCS/BESS product installations, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with energy storage systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, ensuring timely delivery and installation to maintain system uptime.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates and feedback to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with expertise in PCS/BESS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and ability to interact with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to travel frequently to on-site locations, with willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
