Service Desk Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Service Desk Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.

The job scope includes:

  • Assessing and qualifying requests
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Providing adapted responses to user demands and needs
  • Communicating effectively with users to understand their technical issues and provide clear instructions and solutions

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts, with a maximum of 6 months experience. Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems is also essential.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and patient demeanor
