Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specification Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with architects, consultants, and large contractors to get products specified in upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders to get products specified in upcoming projects.
  • Generate project leads by tracking new infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
  • Drive product approvals and inclusion in BOQs/tender documents for major government and private projects.
  • C coordinate with the sales team to convert specifications into orders and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the specification segment and provide market intelligence to the team.
  • A ttend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company's brand and solutions.
  • P prepare and maintain a specification pipeline, visit reports, and project tracking sheets regularly.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for specifications, project conversions, and revenue as per the business plan.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with the technical and application teams to address project-specific requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • ~5–7 years of experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, or building materials – with focus on specification sales.
